Low-Cost Walk-In Urgent Care in Rochester, NY

Cornerstone Urgent Care accepts most major insurance plans, including:

We will submit the claim to your insurance company for you. However, you will be responsible for any co-pay or co-insurance payments required by your insurance plan. These payments must be received at the time of service at Cornerstone Urgent Care Center.

Whether you are required to pay a co-pay at Cornerstone Urgent Care will depend on the insurance plan you have. If your plan requires one, you will be required to pay it at the time of service with us.

We are happy to see you, whether you have insurance or not.

If you don’t currently have insurance – or if you simply prefer to self-pay – we charge $125 for a standard office visit, which is required to be paid prior to receiving medical services.

Please note that if you require additional services such as suturing, X-rays, splinting, or injections, there may be additional fees. We will discuss any additional services and costs with you prior to performing them.

Be aware that your insurance company may assess a high deductible and/or co-insurance for out-of-network medical services. Please check with your insurance company prior to being seen at Cornerstone Urgent Care Center about whether we are in-network for you or not.

For our uninsured or self-pay patients, payment of $125 for a standard office visit is due at the time of service. If you require additional services such as suturing, X-rays, splinting, or injections, there may be additional fees, but we will discuss any additional services and costs with you ahead of time.

If you have not met your deductible requirements, as determined by your insurance plan, you will need to prepay $135 for an office visit at Cornerstone Urgent Care Center. You will be required to make this payment prior to receiving medical services by our providers. We can provide general information to you about the cost of your visit, but the final cost will depend on what services are provided.

Patients who have met their deductible may be responsible for paying a co-pay or co-insurance payment at the time of service, if required by their insurance carrier.

Receive a sports physical – for adults or children – for just $50.
